• Payment and balance information;

• Register Users and grant access to the Service;
• Process payments and manage balance;
• Provide customer support;
• Improve the quality of the Service;

The Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent given upon registration, and for the performance of contractual obligations.

The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination. Personal data is stored for the duration of the User account and for no more than 5 years after deletion.

• To payment processors — to the extent required to process payments;
• To upstream model providers — only the request payload required to fulfill an API call;
• Where required by law;
• With the User's consent.

7. User rights

The User has the right to:

• Receive information about the processing of their personal data;
• Request rectification, blocking or deletion of personal data;
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• Request deletion of the account and related data.

8. Cookies

The Service may use cookies to ensure correct operation, run analytics and improve user experience. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings.

ClaudeHub is an independent reseller of API access to large language models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic PBC, OpenAI Inc., Google LLC or any other model provider. All trademarks and product names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

The Operator may amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.
