Terms of service

1. General

These Terms of service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of ClaudeHub (the “Service”), operated by the ClaudeHub team (the “Operator”).

By using the Service you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ClaudeHub provides users with proxy access to the Claude API (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) and other LLM providers. The Service includes:

• Issuance of API keys to access the language models;
• Account top-ups used to consume model compute;
• Customer support via email and the dashboard.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, the User must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information. The User is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity performed under the account.

4. Payments and usage

The Service operates on a prepaid basis. Top-ups are processed in supported currencies. The minimum top-up is $1. Funds may be used while the account remains active.

5. Acceptable use

The User agrees not to use the Service to:

• Distribute illegal content;
• Infringe the rights of third parties;
• Operate automated mass-spam systems;
• Exceed the API rate limits set by the Operator or upstream providers;
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

6. Liability

The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical reasons and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the User's current account balance.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Independence from model providers

ClaudeHub is an independent reseller of API access to large language models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic PBC, OpenAI Inc., Google LLC or any other model provider. All trademarks and product names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
